1. Reality check through sound signals: Our reality test feature sends subtle sound signals throughout the day, seamlessly continuing into your REM sleep cycles. Choose the sound that suits you best for these reminders, and have fun with creative tests: Can you fly? Look at your hands and count your fingers. Close your eyes and reopen them. There's no shortage of ideas! By the way... are you really sure that you are awake now? Do a reality check.
2. Voice recording for dream induction: Imagine someone calls out your name on the street; instinctively, you turn around. Similarly, this app makes you aware that you are dreaming by hearing yourself calling your own name. Stella Sonoris thus allows you to use your voice to guide you into the world of dreams. And to enhance the experience, you could even give yourself personalized instructions!
3. Customizable sleep cycles: A typical night includes 3 to 6 sleep cycles, each each manually adjustable, and featuring both NREM and REM stages. It's during the REM phase that dreams are more vivid and memorable. We are currently developing artificial intelligence integration through a heart rate sensor to automate cycle detection, enhancing alignment with your unique sleep rhythms.
4. Create your dream soundscape: Dive into a world of auditory wonder with custom soundscapes. Mix ambient sounds and music to create the perfect backdrop for your dream adventures, or even your everyday life to help you better focus. Real-Time Inner State Analysis via Biofeedback

Using your heart rate sensor (Polar®), the app measures your heart rate and heart rate variability in real time to assess your physiological state.
The sound environment adapts automatically:
– The more relaxed you are, the lighter, more refined, and more minimal the sounds become.
– If inner agitation is detected, the soundscape becomes denser or more chaotic, and reflects that imbalance.
This mode gradually guides you toward a deep state of calm.
Once silence is reached, a passage to a new sonic world becomes accessible.
