By downloading, accessing, or using the Stella Sonoris or Aurora Sonoris applications ("Stella Sonoris", "Aurora Sonoris", "Application", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Applications.

2. Use of Application

  • Eligibility: The Applications are available to individuals of all ages. By using Stella Sonoris or Aurora Sonoris, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • No Registration Required: No registration or account creation is necessary to use the Application.

  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: The Application, including its content, features, functionality, and the underlying technology, is owned by Óneiroi and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Restrictions: You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Application or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as laws prohibit these restrictions.

 

4. No Warranty

Stella Sonoris and Aurora Sonoris are made available without any warranties, as they are provided "as is" and available at the moment of download or use. We do not promise or guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, their suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

You assume all risks associated with their use, without the possibility of recourse against us in case of malfunction, technical issues, or dissatisfaction regarding functionalities or outcomes. Both Applications are experimental in nature and continue to explore sound-based experiences related to sleep, relaxation, meditation, and inner states.

5. User Feedback and Improvement

Users are encouraged to share their experiences, feedback, or suggestions related to Stella Sonoris or Aurora Sonoris on our designated Discord channel. This feedback helps guide the ongoing improvement and evolution of both Applications.

In no event will the team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

7. No Ads and Free to Use.
Stella Sonoris and Aurora Sonoris are completely free to use and contain no advertisements. Our intention is to offer a calm, uninterrupted experience without commercial pressure.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
